Welcome to Mountain Home: a high desert community, representing the West’s crossroads. The 11,000+ residents of Mountain Home are frequently treated to sights of antelope and peaceful views of our high chaparral desert. Mountain Home’s downtown features shops, boutiques, a museum, restaurants, and community parks. Throughout the year, our community hosts a number of events including Light the Forest and the Wine Harvest Stroll. Residents and visitors alike can also enjoy a range of outdoors activities, including golf, walking, biking, fishing, and hunting.
Our town is a close neighbor to the Mountain Home Air Force Base, home of the Air Force’s 366th Fighter Wing. The Air Force brings people from all over the world to Mountain Home, making it an international community. The base offers a number of community activities, including an annual air show attended by thousands. To show our appreciation and support for our Air Force community, the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce hosts an Air Force Appreciation Day each year.
Boise offers residents fantastic opportunities for fun and festivities. Families love taking regular trips to the Discovery Center of Idaho and Zoo Boise. People who enjoy shopping local frequent The Boise Farmers Market and the Capital City Public Market. Live music fans flock to Boise for the annual Treefort Music Fest which takes place late March every year.
Meridian’s population continues to grow rapidly! Located outside Boise, it offers the city’s convenience at a lower price point. Meridian offers several attractions and dynamic neighborhoods. The Village at Meridian is located near Boise, Idaho and offers a distinctive shopping experience. Meridian Downtown has kept its small-town feel while still being accessible to the larger community. It offers a wide range of family friendly activities.
20 minutes outside of Boise, Nampa offers its residents quiet downtown streets and a beautiful living experience throughout the seasons. Lovely gardens graced with forsythia and lilac in the spring, colorful, vibrant roses, and white blossom-bedecked catalpas in summer abound.
Visitors enjoy coming to Nampa for its attractions that can keep families busy all day long. Explore Warhawk Air Museum in the morning; then in the afternoon, take a stroll through Downtown Nampa; for an evening out, check out a show at the Ford Idaho Center.
Idaho Falls has established itself as a premier destination for business and culture in Idaho. Dubbed one of the best ‘adventure towns’ in America, Idaho Falls has become one of the fastest-growing cities in the state. Loathed along the Snake River, Idaho Falls features scenic views of the western edge of the Rocky Mountains. From the Y Knot Winery to Three Island Crossing State Park, there are plenty of adventures to be had in Glenns Ferry!
Caldwell is considered the western gateway to beautiful Treasure Valley. Situated along the Boise River, Caldwell offers one of the most productive agricultural regions in the country. People visit Caldwell for its historic charm… and stay for its plentiful winery options! Plus, there are a range of high profile attractions within the area, including Indian Creek Plaza, Sunnyslope Wine Trail, and the Caldwell Night Rodeo.
